How would you guys feel about a hooked on you 2? I personally would love it, I think the idea would simple in retrospect but was executed really nicely. I loved the aesthetic and the characters. I thought it was a great way for them to expand their game genres and if they make a second on I will definitely be buying it.

I just got prescribed Wegovy last week, have had a hell of a time finding my first box. The drama is LENGTHY but I’ve learned a few things along the way.
Last Friday I got the script and my doctor sent it to CVS in my town. After my appointment I stopped by to just see if they could fill it. None in stock blah blah blah. The big thing was my insurance needed a prior approval. No biggie. I called my doctors office and left a message as well as my insurance company (they explained further the same thing). I saw Amazon had it! I called to verify they did have it so I made a first attempt at transferring my script over. I waited all weekend and Tuesday nothing had changed so I made some phone calls to everyone and it was the general thought that this still takes time. This morning I still haven’t seen anything about the transfer happening so I made another round of calls. Amazon rejected it cause they can’t transfer a new script unless it is in stock, also on the back end CVS never responded to the request from Amazon. So naturally I talked to CVS and they said they sent it to Walgreens and to get in touch with them? I hadn’t even talked to Walgreens! Much less request to transfer this to them. After talking to Walgreens they informed me they have absolutely nothing on file for me whatsoever. I got back to CVS, CVS blamed it on their fax machine and somehow it was never received (I didn’t buy the excuse, both Amazon, Walmart AND Walgreens said CVS is not great about this in particular). I had explained to the actual pharmacist where I was trying to send this to, and asked if my script was still there with them. She had informed me yes, and if I find the medication elsewhere I could get her to verbally transfer the script over the phone because that would be easier.
I popped in to Walmart, and out of curiosity spoke with the pharmacist there. He was so very helpful, and informed me he was pretty positive another Walmart nearby had the dose I needed, so I had given them a call. It’s there!!! 3 boxes! So I told them what I knew and started the process to transfer over there ASAP. I’m not sure who the pharmacy tech at Walmart talked to over at CVS, but lines got crossed again saying “it was sent to Walgreens”. It took a few phone calls from then on and finally I got everything to Walmart. Since this was finished about 15 minutes before closing they said they would fill it, and I’ll pick it up tomorrow.
The other half of the situation is my approval from insurance isn’t complete. My insurance company had reached out to the doctors office and haven’t gotten back a reply. I’ve also tried calling twice today with no answer. My insurance company does have a hotline available for the doctor to call, and within minutes this can be complete. So cheers to hoping tomorrow I can plead someone to move on this first thing in the morning!
Lessons learned: when transferring a prescription, both the giving and receiving pharmacists can verbally pass prescription info. It’s less than a 5 minute phone call. I’d recommend this rather than other means especially from CVS. Also if you’re still waiting on your approval, and happen to get lucky like I have then reach out to your insurance company and explain that you want to get this done as quickly as possible… maybe they have a hotline similar to mine. And Amazon… make sure you reach out to someone on the phone before initiating a transfer! They can’t go through with it unless they actually have yours in stock. The other lesson, next time you’re in Walmart or any grocery store that has a pharmacy, just stop by! Either they might have it or you could find someone as kind as I did that was willing to help!
Just be really polite and communicate. That’s all! If it works out tomorrow then fridays are actually a perfect day to take my dose 🤗 I could update later if anyone is curious.

We are in the market for treadmill that will be used for brisk walking only. We would like to spend less than $2000. After trying out several treadmills, we have narrowed down our choices to the Horizon 7.0 ($999), Spirit XT285 ($1800), and the Sole F80 ($1800). The Spirit XT285 has a much longer warranty on the parts than the Horizon or Sole (10 years vs 3 years on the Horizon and Sole) but the rest of the warranty is similar. The Horizon and Spirit have similar specs but the Spirit has larger rollers (2.5 inch vs 2 inch tapered). The Sole has more HP than the Spirit or Horizon (3.5 HP motor vs 3 HP) and a slightly wider belt . Would the Spirit be worth $800 more than the Horizon since it has a much longer 10 year parts warranty and slightly larger rollers? Do I need the wider belt and more horsepower that the Sole provides if we are only going to walk on it? I like the price point of the Horizon 7.0 the best but don't want to purchase it if it might not be as durable or long lasting as the other two models or if that model tends to be problematic.

Seeing as the Lion Knight’s Castle is $400 and if I’m being honest I don’t really want to spend $400, I’m looking for alternate instructions for the 3 in 1 medieval castle. I’m open to buying another copy of the set so send ideas my way

NEET: Not in Education, Employment, or Training. Also I'm just not just talking about tucutes here. I'm talking about binary trans people, often transmed as well. And they blame everything on dysphoria while refusing to self-improve. The worst part is, they often have everything that a lot of can only dream of. Hrt in their teens, supportive parents, non-abusive parents, and a decent financial situation that they leech off of. What especially irritates me is when they get hrt without coming out, because "I'm scared" or "people won't take me seriously" as if there won't be a turning point where hrt has had too much effect and people will be mad.
Meanwhile, I came out at 14, lived the majority of my teen life as out, still got people to respect me. I've worked since I was 15, technically even 13 if you count delivering papers. I've lived with abusive parents and fought tooth and nail to get out, still am. Most of my life, I didn't have guidance, I figured it out on my own. Hell, I survived chemical castration and manage to rebuild my entire personality and body after that, because that's what that does to you, it rips your personality out of you, leaves you a shell, and leaves you physically crippled.
Other than that, at least I always tried my best for education and held a job for the majority of my teen years, both with and without hrt. I've always maintained decent health, I try to walk away from the computer more and more. And again, while living with non-supportive, abusive parents, while suffering from dysphoria, and having to do pretty much everything by myself since age 14-15.
Meanwhile, these people, have to deal with none of that, have easy access to higher education, good finances. And yet they just, don't. Never (had to) work during their teens, or ever. Have no plans for after college, if they even go. And worst of all: they keep taking money from their parents, don't pay for a single thing themselves. And just refuse general self-improvement.
It's so frustrating that I went through all that to end up with basically nothing. I'm not at all a "pull yourself up by the bootstraps" kind of person, because that phrase is just wrong, and I understand the struggles that modern society brings, especially while suffering dysphoria. But man, those sort of people irritate me. I know a lot of cis people are like this too, but I see a lot of trans people like this, too, who are usually truscum/transmed and binary trans, people I often see being called "more reasonable". Maybe, some are, but by far not all.

If you want the full details:
I bought the 2070 Super back in mid-2019. It had been serving me well since then up until today. I was playing Diablo 4 until my screens froze and I noticed some slight artifacting in she shapes of O and X. After making the possibly disastrous decision of hard shutting down my computer, I rebooted and was greeted with small purple lines running horizontally across my primary display. Those lines remained to my desktop, and I promptly shut down my computer again. Reseated the GPU, cleaned it with some air, and plugged it back in.
I get to the boot menu. Hallelujah - no lines. I get to my desktop, and only my primary display is working. I go into the device manager. Disable, then re-enable the GPU. Eveything seems to be back to normal.
I boot Diablo 4 again, thinking that the problem has been fixed, or at least delayed for a few more months. My screens freeze again. This time, no artifacting. Audio remained for a few seconds and my computer restarts itself. I reboot one last time with the card installed to try to figure out what's going on. Instead of booting up Diablo again, I boot up Destiny 2: a much less demanding game where I haven't faced any issues. Screens go black and I'm rebooted again. All this with HWMonitor open to check my temperatures. I didn't go above 85C.
I shut down the computer while I think about what could be happening: GPU seems like an obvious choice, but it's an expensive part to replace. It could be a faulty lane on my motherboard, or the power supply is shorting out: anything other than the GPU.
My brother comes home, I tell him what happened, and he offers to test it his system to see if it is the GPU for sure. Meanwhile I put in an old 970 in my system and run a stress test.
It's 100% the GPU. This is especially bad because I'm an artist, and my tablet is connected to it with a USB-c cable. I've looked around and that seems to have been removed from cards nowadays due to their lack of use.
TLDR: Do I attempt to fix the card myself: i.e. replacing thermal paste or something? Or should I just bite the bullet and buy a new graphics card?

I'm not an RSO, but I've lurked here since early 2022, and it's really changed my perspective on RSOs, and, in a way, helped me through a bad time, so I figured I'd at least say something and tell a little bit about what brought me here.
I won't go into detail, but, to make a long story short, there were some stupid and careless things I did as a teen/younger adult, that I, once I became mature enough to actually reflect on my behavior, felt intense shame and guilt over for quite some time. Whether or not I actually crossed any illegal lines at any point, I honestly don't know, but that uncertainty was enough to also cause me to spiral into a nearly constant fear of it coming back to bite me in one way or another, including getting arrested and being forced to register, grouping me with some of the worst people in society. I feared everything from the arrest itself, to how it could affect my family and friends, and even thinking I'd be killed in prison. It was at it's worst in early 2022, when I started lurking here. Needless to say, I felt like an awful person on one hand, and on the other hand, the thought of worst-case scenario consequences put the fear of God in me. I do suffer from anxiety disorders and paranoia, so that's probably part of why it got so bad, and well, if any of this sounded irrational, that's why.
When I came here though, it changed my perspective by a lot. I went from seeing RSOs as little more than Society's Monster, to seeing mostly humans, who made a mistake or a bad decision of some sort and are repaying their debt in some way. I also saw a bunch of well meaning people who help each other out, and are doing their best to carve out a good life despite the label. There's definitely people here that I can respect for striving to become better people, and helping others who are going through the same situation. And well, you guys, even if indirectly, helped me come to terms with myself and my own guilt, as well as helped me realize that even if the apocalyptic worst-case scenario were to happen, there would still be hope for me to rebuild.
So, yeah. I apologize for the long first-time post, and I'm sorry if this all sounds stupid coming from an outsider, but, I appreciate you guys, and I can say that this group has my support. Godspeed.

Just saying that as fans are dying to know if it will be only based on the PS2 version as I am itching to see if it will have the best of both worlds.
Point being is that I am trying not to get too hyped up about a remake of some old PS2 game that came out way back in 2006, but I just want to get an idea of what content will be in it.
Like for starters, if it will use the FES only storylines such as The Answer, or if it will only include the FEmc route.

i LOVE thrillers and am looking for the next one i should read! i’m currently midway through a boring romance novel and i’m hoping my next read will be an addictive thriller that is just impossible to put down. the writing doesn’t have to be particularly sophisticated or anything, i’m moreso just looking for something that will mindlessly suck me in. i can feel a little reading slump coming on if i don’t find a good page turner next!

I (19 F Druid) have become a local hero in our town along with my party. There are 4 of us total, Fighter (24 F), Wizard (19 M), Monk (30 M). For simplicity I will refer to them as their class.
We helped out the nobles of our moderately sized town, and managed to drive away a large group of goblins which have been terrorizing our town for decades. This made our town go into an economic boom, as trade routes are now safer. Not to mention the relatively unexplored forest that surrounds the town had a secret copper deposit. The nobles were overjoyed and offered to give us anything our hearts desired. My party received money and status. The rest of my party members also requested items, but I only asked that the nearby forest be respected and be allowed to heal. The goblins were mercilessly and drove many animals away, which unbalanced the ecosystem.
The nobles agreed and made sure the rest of my party received their items. But it became clear that they had no intentions to honor my request. Now, I have no problem with them clearing out some of the forest, as people came to settle into our town. But that wasn't the case. One month after I made my request, they cut down 20 acres of land to build a dog park. Complete with water fountains, paved trails, and a large fence with a toll booth. The fee to enter was 10 gold pieces, which meant only around 5% of the people living in town would be able to afford to enter. And of that 5%, only a small group of people would be able to do it consistently.
I would have been able to look over them ignoring my wishes, but after seeing the lengths they went through so that no one would be able to enjoy the park, I just couldn't. It was then, as I looked into their park, that I realized it. They all have small dogs. The biggest one I could see was about 5 lbs heavy (or about 2.2 kg for you fae out there). It was then that I began to make my plan. I was easily able to buy a falconry glove, and with the help of the birds that have slowly begun to return to the forest; I would run out from the nearby forest and with a panicked look, I would frantically look towards the sky and run around aimlessly. The looks of horror on the noble's faces was priceless! they would scoop up their dogs, and run away, Shielding their dogs with their bodies as they did.
After doing this a couple of times, I enlisted the help of the wizard (who had taken an interest in illusion magic) and together, we would make more elaborate parks. He would make a large, ominous shadow hover above dogs, complete with a hawks screech. Pretty soon, not a single noble was in the park. I had won! But not long after, The fighter (who is the leader of our party) approached me, and she scolded me. She said that my antics have begun to anger the nobles, and if I don't stop, the party will have to deal with the reproductions, not just me. After hearing me out, she understood why I did it, but said there were other more effective, and less destructive ways of going about this. Which I get, so I took her advice and later that day I went to talk to the nobles. I was planning on apologizing, and asking if we could make the park accessible to everyone. When I entered the meeting room, to my surprise, they had various blueprints spilled out on the table. Blueprints for water slides, for an extravagant inn, for an event coliseum, and for one giant "Hawk proof dome". I looked up at them, and their eyes were filled with fire. They meant war.
The conversation didn't go well, I will admit I didn't handle it well. We reached no compromise, and in front of me, all 5 nobles agreed to continue with their plans, and invite all of their friends and family to come and enjoy the attractions. They looked me in the eyes and said "We'll need friends and family, as the townspeople won't be able to afford our cheapest condiment." A started yelling, and I was escorted out. I am currently playing with the idea to sabotage their plans. But Fighter's words keep ringing in my head. I'm pretty sure I just blew any chance I had to come to a peaceful compromise, but I don't want to get my friends involved in this. This is important to me for various reasons. The forest is my home, as weird as this may sound, it took care of me after I lost my parents. I feel as if it's alive and in a lot of pain. The townspeople are my friends, and I've had conversations with them about how they can wait for this town to take off so they can begin a better life. Only for the town to slowly get turned into a playground for the rich, it's not right!
I have been avoiding Fighter, I can't face her after what happened. She will probably be angrier at me, because this affects her situation too (it's complicated, and I don't want to get into it here) and we're in this mess because my prank went too far. But now, more than ever I feel as if I'm in the right. So AITA?

Hello! I recently purchased an AMD Ryzen 5600X and have (to the best of my knowledge) followed to correct procedures for upgrading the processor. The computer now will not connect to any displays, and will not recognize that there is a keyboard plugged in (or at least won’t light the keyboard up). I am also getting the display from the graphics card, not video. Both hdmi and hdr.
My motherboard is a Gigabyte ax370, and I have completed the BIOS update to the most recent version. I know it took, as after updating while I still was using my previous processor I was able to check and everything worked fine.
I removed the battery during the instillation of the new processor (Though it might not have been for long enough, who knows. I think 5 minutes would be enough time though.)
The computer still works fine if I use the old processor. Please help, as honestly I’m not sure exactly what I did wrong.
