Spiritual reforge hypixel skyblock

i want to make the shortbow from hypixel skyblock, but i dont know how. Can someone help?

I only stutter on minecraft, my pc is 100% good enough to not stutter on minecraft, i mainly play hypixel, specifically skyblock.
Is there any common reason that people stutter on minecraft?

I have The Hypixel+ resource pack for SkyBlock and am having small trouble because the katanas do not show up in the hot bar making it look like an invisible slot

Just under two months ago I lost one of my closest friends, one of the people I felt understood me more than any other, to brain cancer. It still feels like it was just yesterday I was getting the call from my friend saying if I wanted to visit him, I should go soon. It still doesn't feel real. He beat brain cancer 2 times but it had to come back again, it just doesn't feel fair. He didn't even get to graduate high school. But one thing I've learned is to not think about the regrets, the what-ifs and the should-have's. Learning that small thing taught me how to grieve. It's never easy to lose someone, especially a close friend, but I've found that the best thing you can do is try and remember the good times and the happy memories.
So, for his birthday, even though I'm a little late, I want to share some happy memories I have of Technoblade.
I remember first figuring out about Techno from an animatic that randomly appeared on my youtube dash. I watched it and it had a lot of clips of him that made me have to pause the video because, dang that guy was hilarious.
I remember spending hours grinding Hypixel Skyblock because I watched his Potato Wars videos and wanted to do that too. I wanted to be able to be that successful on a video game.
I remember dressing up as him for Halloween and practically no one knew who I was but I had the time of my life feeling as cool as Techno.
I remember trying to comprehend all of the DSMP lore, after joining the fandom really late, and instead of trying to learn everything, I gave up and just watched the VODs of his streams, because I found them the easiest to sit and just watch for hours.
I'm sure there are many more memories that just aren't coming to me right now, but I wanted to share these. Thank you, Technoblade.
