Really curious and dumbfounded how this wasn't implemented in the game. Maybe it's coming in the future at some point and I missed it? I should be able to just go to the abilities tab in character and just swap a build/loadout with the click of a button. Maybe this could be used to exploit certain content? But I'm sure they could work around that somehow and limit to when you can swap or whatever.
Like on my rouge, I've been playing a TB build but I wanna try using a ranged build. Maybe I won't like it and will wanna switch back. Just annoying af to rebuild everything and apply this and apply that.
Surprised it's just not implemented, paid a good amount of money and in 2023 and still no way to save a build in a game like this? Hmmm....

Right now i just started my Endgame Progression with World4/Torment as i hit lvl 62.
I Love the game, especially the Campaign and feel like it is a GOOD game.

But i cant help but wonder why so many obvious QoL things are missing.
To List some:

1. Gembag (The most obvious one that my Friendgroup started 2 complain about quiet early on)
2. Saving Builds (i couldnt care less about the cost, but how can u miss somthing like this in a Game, that clearly gives each Class 2-3 obvius build Pathes. Yet we cant save any of them. With all the Legendarys and Uniques u can get, i wanna try out different Builds.)
3. Paragon Bords (Cant save them, cant instantly refund the Points.... like ... why?)
4. S28 Diablo 3 (We finally got the Pets 2 get the Items 4 us end disenchant them 2. Yet we lost that in Diablo 4. There are games where u can even specify, what item u collect and what gets disenchated)
5. LFG (There are a loot of ppl out there who would like 2 run Dungeons with some Randoms, rather than doing them alone. Kinda like Bounties in D3. Where is the Looking for Group Option?)
6. Alts/Twinks (I heard somewhere, that D4 is Alt friendly. And that is true in some Parts of the game. But when i start with a new Alt and skip the Campaign, why do i have 2 explore every Corner and Waypoint of the world again? D§ made it ez -> Adventure Mode <- And we had every Waypoint)

I dunno, it just feels like so many missed opportunities. Like i Said, i love the game and will play it till i hit Lvl 100. But while i do play i always wonder if they left things out, just 2 earn Brownie Points later down the Road with Season 57 .... right when Diablo 5 releases.

It’s a very long story that I won’t bore you with but currently going back and forth with doctors who insist I need to be on medication even though it makes me light headed. Also being refused fertility treatments until my blood pressure is “under control”.

I cant get my front foot on my kickflips. Unlike the one video i posted a while back i can get my back foot and can fully flick the board consistently enough. Now my front foot wont get on. It just goes straight to the ground, even though im foicking out and to the end of the board. I would put a video but reddit isnt letting me for some reason

I bought the 2070 Super back in mid-2019. It had been serving me well since then up until today. I was playing Diablo 4 until my screens froze and I noticed some slight artifacting in she shapes of O and X. After making the possibly disastrous decision of hard shutting down my computer, I rebooted and was greeted with small purple lines running horizontally across my primary display. Those lines remained to my desktop, and I promptly shut down my computer again. Reseated the GPU, cleaned it with some air, and plugged it back in.
I get to the boot menu. Hallelujah - no lines. I get to my desktop, and only my primary display is working. I go into the device manager. Disable, then re-enable the GPU. Eveything seems to be back to normal.
I boot Diablo 4 again, thinking that the problem has been fixed, or at least delayed for a few more months. My screens freeze again. This time, no artifacting. Audio remained for a few seconds and my computer restarts itself. I reboot one last time with the card installed to try to figure out what's going on. Instead of booting up Diablo again, I boot up Destiny 2: a much less demanding game where I haven't faced any issues. Screens go black and I'm rebooted again. All this with HWMonitor open to check my temperatures. I didn't go above 85C.
I shut down the computer while I think about what could be happening: GPU seems like an obvious choice, but it's an expensive part to replace. It could be a faulty lane on my motherboard, or the power supply is shorting out: anything other than the GPU.
My brother comes home, I tell him what happened, and he offers to test it his system to see if it is the GPU for sure. Meanwhile I put in an old 970 in my system and run a stress test.
It's 100% the GPU. This is especially bad because I'm an artist, and my tablet is connected to it with a USB-c cable. I've looked around and that seems to have been removed from cards nowadays due to their lack of use.
TLDR: Do I attempt to fix the card myself: i.e. replacing thermal paste or something? Or should I just bite the bullet and buy a new graphics card?

tl/dr: replaced thermostat, water pump, clutch fan and radiator cap. Had coolant system flushed. It now runs above normal temps and activates clutch fan. Clutch fan won’t release even after cooling down until after driving several miles.
Truck has been throwing a temp sensor engine too cold code (I can’t remember the exact code) for a long while. It would come and go. Before it started throwing a code, during the cold months it would struggle to get to temp even at idle. It might get to between 1/4 and 1/2 on the temp gauge. I attributed it to a thermostat stuck open. Last summer it would slowly heat up to 1/2 but at idle and 85° ambient temperatures it would creep to between 1/2 and 3/4’s, the clutch fan would come on and stay on even after completely cooling down. You could hear it roaring during any acceleration but would often finally release after several miles of driving. Drive-ability was never affected and it never overheated nor lost coolant. I had previously changed the water pump and hadn’t had issues until last summer.
Last winter it started throwing the temp code. It would take several miles to heat and while the heater would eventually get warm it never got truly hot if the ambient temp was below 20°. The heat would stay a constant warm temp so I know it was cycling through the heater core it just never got HOT.
Another symptom I noticed is that during the warm up cycle, before it fully came to temp but after driving several miles, if I floored it to merge onto the highway or gave it throttle, I could watch the temp gauge drop dramatically as if someone poured cold water all over everything. The heater would cool noticeably. Then the temps would slowly creep back up.
Two weeks I changed the thermostat, water pump and clutch fan. The code hasn’t returned. However it gets to temp really quickly. Like within a couple miles of driving. The heater is now HOT. It may be that because the ambient temps are now in the 70’s that it just feels HOT. What concerns me was that it runs slightly too warm. While driving it hovers about a notch about 1/2 and while idling it creeps to almost 3/4. It never gets hotter. The clutch fan will come on and won’t release even after cooling completely. The clutch fan never comes on while driving. It’s only if I sit in park and idle for several minutes. It will also come on at startup if I’ve driven it and parked with the clutch fan being released; I believe this is because it is running warm and after shutting off the engine the residual heat soak increases the temps enough the lock it on. If that makes sense.
I had the coolant flushed several days ago thinking there might be air still trapped and I’m still running into the same symptoms. It gets to temp quickly, holds temp but will get warmer than I think it should be. It never overheats.
What are the the next things I should be looking at? My thoughts are my thermostat is not opening soon enough and is too hot of a thermostat. I know there are different temps and perhaps I got either a bad one or one that is opening at too warm a temp.

I (19 F Druid) have become a local hero in our town along with my party. There are 4 of us total, Fighter (24 F), Wizard (19 M), Monk (30 M). For simplicity I will refer to them as their class.
We helped out the nobles of our moderately sized town, and managed to drive away a large group of goblins which have been terrorizing our town for decades. This made our town go into an economic boom, as trade routes are now safer. Not to mention the relatively unexplored forest that surrounds the town had a secret copper deposit. The nobles were overjoyed and offered to give us anything our hearts desired. My party received money and status. The rest of my party members also requested items, but I only asked that the nearby forest be respected and be allowed to heal. The goblins were mercilessly and drove many animals away, which unbalanced the ecosystem.
The nobles agreed and made sure the rest of my party received their items. But it became clear that they had no intentions to honor my request. Now, I have no problem with them clearing out some of the forest, as people came to settle into our town. But that wasn't the case. One month after I made my request, they cut down 20 acres of land to build a dog park. Complete with water fountains, paved trails, and a large fence with a toll booth. The fee to enter was 10 gold pieces, which meant only around 5% of the people living in town would be able to afford to enter. And of that 5%, only a small group of people would be able to do it consistently.
I would have been able to look over them ignoring my wishes, but after seeing the lengths they went through so that no one would be able to enjoy the park, I just couldn't. It was then, as I looked into their park, that I realized it. They all have small dogs. The biggest one I could see was about 5 lbs heavy (or about 2.2 kg for you fae out there). It was then that I began to make my plan. I was easily able to buy a falconry glove, and with the help of the birds that have slowly begun to return to the forest; I would run out from the nearby forest and with a panicked look, I would frantically look towards the sky and run around aimlessly. The looks of horror on the noble's faces was priceless! they would scoop up their dogs, and run away, Shielding their dogs with their bodies as they did.
After doing this a couple of times, I enlisted the help of the wizard (who had taken an interest in illusion magic) and together, we would make more elaborate parks. He would make a large, ominous shadow hover above dogs, complete with a hawks screech. Pretty soon, not a single noble was in the park. I had won! But not long after, The fighter (who is the leader of our party) approached me, and she scolded me. She said that my antics have begun to anger the nobles, and if I don't stop, the party will have to deal with the reproductions, not just me. After hearing me out, she understood why I did it, but said there were other more effective, and less destructive ways of going about this. Which I get, so I took her advice and later that day I went to talk to the nobles. I was planning on apologizing, and asking if we could make the park accessible to everyone. When I entered the meeting room, to my surprise, they had various blueprints spilled out on the table. Blueprints for water slides, for an extravagant inn, for an event coliseum, and for one giant "Hawk proof dome". I looked up at them, and their eyes were filled with fire. They meant war.
The conversation didn't go well, I will admit I didn't handle it well. We reached no compromise, and in front of me, all 5 nobles agreed to continue with their plans, and invite all of their friends and family to come and enjoy the attractions. They looked me in the eyes and said "We'll need friends and family, as the townspeople won't be able to afford our cheapest condiment." A started yelling, and I was escorted out. I am currently playing with the idea to sabotage their plans. But Fighter's words keep ringing in my head. I'm pretty sure I just blew any chance I had to come to a peaceful compromise, but I don't want to get my friends involved in this. This is important to me for various reasons. The forest is my home, as weird as this may sound, it took care of me after I lost my parents. I feel as if it's alive and in a lot of pain. The townspeople are my friends, and I've had conversations with them about how they can wait for this town to take off so they can begin a better life. Only for the town to slowly get turned into a playground for the rich, it's not right!
I have been avoiding Fighter, I can't face her after what happened. She will probably be angrier at me, because this affects her situation too (it's complicated, and I don't want to get into it here) and we're in this mess because my prank went too far. But now, more than ever I feel as if I'm in the right. So AITA?

Hi everyone! I’m here to share an exciting (and very massive) data project I’ve been working on over the past year.
Some of you may remember that I started a project last year called Marching Arts by the Numbers. My first project that I shared with the community was a dashboard/web app for scores from the 2022 DCI. The dashboard was updated daily throughout the season with new scores, recaps, and other metrics as the season progressed. Last fall got really busy for me, but I picked up data work again in the winter and built similar dashboards for the 2023 WGI guard and percussion seasons.
I’ve decided to rebrand a bit and rename my project to bandScores. I’m also really excited to share that I’ve launched a new website at https://www.bandscores.net/. For the longest time, I’ve wanted one central place on the web where I can look up current or historical scores for any activity in the marching arts and more easily compare scores and recaps across shows or seasons. Having yet to come across anything like that, I decided to build a site myself!
The site is still very much in its infancy with a lot of work yet to be done on future projects and pages. But I’m happy to share the work I’ve done so far. Here is a list of some of the different pages that are currently published:

• The aforementioned 2022 DC1, 2023 WGI winter guard, and 2023 WGI percussion and winds dashboards. The winter guard dashboard also contains nearly 13,000 scores from over 30 state and local circuits around the country during the 2023 season.
• A DCI historical score dashboard containing over 10,000 scores and recaps dating back to 2008. The dashboard also has a page for season by season metrics for each corps, as well as a direct link to each corps' show and repertoire information on DCX Museum.
• An About & FAQ page that dives into a few more details about my site and projects.

Some of the projects I’m planning for the near future:

• Score dashboards for the 2023 DCI and DCA seasons. I’m also hoping to build a pipeline that updates the dashboards with new scores and recaps within minutes of them being posted online.
• Building historical score dashboards for WGI guard, percussion, and winds
• Continuing to add scores and recaps from older seasons to the DCI historical score dashboard
• Creating predictive models that can forecast final scores and placements based on scores throughout the season.
• Replicating a lot of the same work for the BOA & marching band season later this fall

All together, between scraping and cleaning the data, building the dashboards, and building the website, I've worked on this project for probably close to 1000 hours, if not more - and I’m still only at the tip of the iceberg with work that I want to put into this! I’m simply doing this as a fun passion project and as something to give back to the community. I appreciate any feedback or suggestions you have and hope you enjoy this new website and resource!

Since no one has posted anything about these and I recently got them, I will post my thoughts/review on each of them. I might update this post to add pics of the product.
Tambourine:
Works with only 1 game and it's made by SEGA. It works basically the same way as the Dreamcast samba controller. It uses ultrasonic sensors. 1.5 shoulder width bar is connected to PS1 and that bar has a slot for the tambourine. The tambourine can be used with left or right hand. There are slots at back to position the wiring to match the hand you are using.
Game has you either tapping a button with your other palm, shaking it once per note or moving while shaking the controller in a set direction. The detection is mostly good. If you own a MiSTer, you would need 7.5V power as the default 5V is not enough if you are tall. The music is pretty much a kid centered versions of Morning Musume style songs (The 4 girls are affiliated with that group) with some of their hits. I would rate it 8.5/10
Maestro Music controller
It's a conductor stick that connects to the PS1 directly. It has a long enough cord. It works with 3 PS1 games and I think 1 PS2 game. This requires 7.5V for MiSTer users. Gameplay is pretty boring. You just move your hand up and down. Faster you do it, the faster the music plays. The harder you do it, the louder it plays. Game devolves with you adjusting speed and loudness to classic music.
I would rate it 6/10
Martial Beat Controller
This was meant to be a fitness game by Konami. It uses DDR songs and you try to do kicks and punches based on the video. You attach 4 CR2032 powered straps to your feet and arms, with a base that connects to the PS1. The game literally asks you to put in your name and it's a pain to do it with these controllers. Like Right leg is OK and it's super sensitive. The left and right arms are for moving up/down/left/right and it's not consistent on how it is read.
The game itself (2 games, practically 3 due to 3 discs), not very intuitive specially the first 1. The 2nd game improves it by having the moves and timing shown on screen but it's in kanji and the controller detection is bad (did a song perfectly since I did it 3 times and I got a lot of misses). I suggest just playing the game with a controller and just punch/kicking along. It's probably much more fun that way. The songs are too short to be a good exercise and following along is a bit difficult on hard songs because there's no visual cues specially in the first game.
I would rate it 5/10.
V-Pick
It works with 2 Japanese games that are English games that can be probably played by the Westerners. The controller is a guitar pick that's connected to the PS1. Annoyingly, it requires you to make a fake guitar because it needs something to strum on. It literally has a picture of someone using a tennis racket as a guitar. I used my Rockband 3 Pro guitar to test it.
It's kind of awful. It can't detect the difference between a strum up and down. I feel if you like the music in the game, then maybe it will be fun. I didn't like it since it was just boring and the detection was off sometimes.
I would rate it 3/10.

I knew I needed to wait at least 12 weeks for accurate HSV testing, so that was the next time I planned to get tested.

My urethra had some irritation. It doesn't hurt when I piss though. I went in to a UTI urine culture. It came back negative. My doctor gave bactrim for the UTI irritation (before we found out it was negative). I don't have any visible sores or anything that resembles HSV
The next step was to see if the urethra irritation was from an STD since the UTI urine culture came back negative
6/3/23 HSV1: 1.79 HSV2: 1.81
I'm done taking my bactrim, but I'm still having slight urethral irritation (it's gone down a lot compared to what it was). I still don't have any visible symptoms at 7 weeks since exposure.
Do you think this is HSV? I've read about low positives having the potential being false positives, especially without visible symptoms.
Are the symptoms I'm having common to HSV in males?

It's the middle of summer and with no electricity yet, it's very hot in the building. One of the nuns decides to take off her habit and strips down to just her panties.
“What are you doing?” yells the Mother Superior.
“It's so hot in here, Mother Superior!” she replies. "It's only us in here, so I didn't think it would be a problem to take off my habit. It also makes it easier to move around and work.”
The other nuns all start agreeing and asking if they can do the same. The Mother Superior tells them, “You may all take off your habits but stay away from the windows. They're not covered yet, and we don't want anyone to see.”
The other nuns disrobe and go back to work. All of them are in just their panties, but after about an hour, there's a knock at the door. They all look at each other nervously because they're all in their underwear, so the Mother Superior walks over to the door. Without opening it, she asks, “Who is it?”
A voice from the other side of the door says, “Blind man.”
They all breathe a sigh of relief, and the Mother Superior opens the door, saying, “What can I do for you, my child?”

So context- I am a stay at home and default parent. My husband sometimes works 60 hours. Last school year I took our 2 year old to a sitters once a week while older child, 7 was at school so I could do house chores in peace, get shit done, go to my appts, etc.
The end of December I suffered respiratory failure because I’m asthmatic and caught the worst strain of the flu going around this past winter. Recovery was absolutely hell. Once husband went back to work (he was able to stay home with us and take care of me for ~a week, which I am very grateful for), our toddler was between the sitter and my MIL for about 5 weeks. Every week I was able to slowly decrease the days he went as I gained back my strength, mobility, mental clarity, etc. I went back to taking him one day a week however because I was still quickly exhausted and had even more doctors appointments and just need to REST. Yesterday, I took our toddler to the sitter after having not for 3.5 weeks so my older son and I could have a day just us. He doesn’t get much individualized attention and I feel it’s only fair that he gets a day every once in awhile with just mommy because that was his life for 4.5 years before our toddler came along. We watched some shows and snuggled, built a couple of Lego sets, played Spider-Man (he loves costumes and playing pretend). I also got some laundry done and put away. We had such an amazing day together and I felt so good about it. Toddler was at the sitters for ~7 hours.
My husband was completely upset and pissed off because I’m a stay at home mom and shouldn’t be taking our son to a sitter. This upset me deeply because it makes me feel completely unappreciated and unseen. I do all of this by myself. He doesn’t help take care of the house or dogs (2), he does help with the kids. I am a fucking stress case because of issues going on between us. I am highly anxious to the point of throwing up almost every day. Even if it was to just take him to the sitters and fuck off all day (which I’ve never done; I’m always taking care of the house, catching up on chores, doctors appts, etc) am I undeserving of a break? Is everything that I do of so little value that I do not deserve some time to myself? Some quietness and stillness? I spend my days taking care of and worrying about every other god damn thing in this house and have always put myself last to the point of crippling depression in the past.
All I wanted was a day to focus on my oldest. I felt so great about the day we had and how I was able to be present with him, which admittedly lately has been very difficult. I have felt mine and my oldest connection slipping and I wanted to reconnect with him without the interruption of his little brother constantly needing me.
Please do not get me wrong, I am incredibly grateful that my husband works his ass of for us. He is very tired often because of the long hours he works. I appreciate that. I let him sleep nearly all day on his days off, if I ask him to do anything, it’s 1-2 small things like load the dishwasher or change the trash. He has made me feel unseen and unappreciated so much in the past and I thought it was better. He used to say he was so happy for me that I got some time for myself and it helped improve my mental health greatly. But now I feel like he’s back to disregarding everything I do, like it’s nothing and I don’t need and am not deserving of a break (which again my breaks are not true breaks). How did he go from happy for me that I was able to have and make some space for myself to make me feel like I’m a rotten person for taking my toddler to the sitter so I could have a day with my oldest?
I’m a stay at home mom so am I not deserving of that? Are only working moms deserving of a break? Is what I do not a 24/7 job?
I feel so damn worthless and defeated right now.

So like the title said, she attacked my s/o after being told to leave multiple times. The reason the altercation started is because the sister in law was making fun of and laughing at a guest that was coming over. My brother and his family live across the street and his wife was letting her sister live there(she’s a deadbeat with no job or income and lives off everyone there and pawns her 4 children off on them while she goes and parties with men). After that happened I called my brother so it wouldn’t make a scene and asked if he could tell them to stop talking to our guests and mind their own business. Well the attacker then went across the street to our house to confront my s/o about what happened and was calling her a liar and she denied the whole thing(the guest had no reason to lie she’s a nice lady). The attacker said something along the lines of I wouldn’t make fun of another mom I’m a mom and my s/o said you something along the lines of you’re not even a mother to your children and that must’ve struck a nerve because she ran through the screen door and started attacking her. By the end she was bloody and a mess and the only way the attack stopped was bc one of our family members(an elderly lady) ran across the street to my brother screaming for help and when he arrived the attacker had her knee on my s/o’s face and was hitting her repeatedly. He grabbed her off of her and then she had a random man come pick her up, fled the scene and left all her children there to deal with the aftermath. We called police and said we wanted to press charges. They arrived and took all of our statements. Well the following day the attacker came back to get her stuff and we called police again and when they arrived she gave them a completely false statement and didn’t arrest her. We want justice bc this lady attacked my s/o in our home and it was pretty bad and bloody and is still sore and hurting from it. What should we do from here? Any advice would help thank you. We do have two witnesses who are willing to testify who saw the whole thing

Male 39, Canadian. Had some high ferritin on blood work awhile back so did some follow up blood work today and they added on a lipid test. The ranges are out of whack so would like to see what the interpretation is. Posting in comments. Also worth noting it seems they missed the ferritin which we were re-checking.
