So, I recently had a surgery approved by my health insurance (United Healthcare Community Plan) on May 25th. Though I don’t have a date set yet, the surgery was approved between a specific time window with the expected dates of service being from 5/19 to 8/19. I might be losing my health insurance soon and I was wondering what would happen if I did. I get health insurance (UnitedHealthcare Community Plan) through my state (NJ FamilyCare). My coworker, who also gets Medicaid from the state, said they received a renewal packet for their health insurance and the deadline to send it in was in May. I did not receive a renewal packet, and although I don’t make enough money to be kicked off of Medicaid, I did not send in a renewal packet so my insurance wouldn’t know that. Since my surgery has already been approved for the certain window of dates, would I still be able to get the surgery even if my health insurance ended? Sorry if it’s a dumb question, but I’m 20 years old and haven’t dealt with health insurance to this extent before so I’m a little nervous. I don’t have money to pay for the surgery out of pocket, so any insight on this particular situation would be helpful.

**COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS:**
**Wouldn't the corrupted fragments fill up your minion?**
No dumbass, why the fuck would I be typing all this shit out if the entire idea fell apart to some full minions? But to go into more depth, the minions do not fill up, at least as long as you are not actively on your island. The offline calculations for minions prioritize compacting over selling, which means the slimeballs will be compacted, and then enough fragments will be sold to make room for them in the minion. Thanks to u/oemgaoemgalul for the info!
**If it does fill up while you're on your island, will it stop working and just sell the slimeballs?**
No. I don't know what else to say, it just doesn't.
**What's the lowest slimeballs can drop to on the bazaar for Super Compactors to be less efficient than Diamond Spreadings?**
By my calculations with XII minions and Hamster Wheels, enchanted slime balls would have to tank to around 980-1000 coins for diamond spreadings to be better. They might after this post, but that's not my problem, and I'm guessing they wont.

Probably to grab attention. I want as many people to see this post as possible so they stop spreading misinformation, and if getting them to hate me is the way to do that, I'm willing to make that sacrifice. I never liked you all anyways so it's not like I care that much.

**IMPORTANT INFO / CAVIATS:**
As with all great things, Super Compactors have their downsides. The biggest one is that if you leave your minion running for too long, the slime will compact into enchanted blocks, which sell for NPC price. This would technically make your profits less, but assuming there are a good few regular enchanted slimeballs left over it would probably still be profit, as the margin for loss on compactors vs spreadings is less than 200 coins.
That being said, I would highly recommend collecting your minions every 48 hours or so, probably earlier than that even. The feeling of opening your minions and seeing the stupid fucking slime block is heartbreaking.
**THIS METHOD ONLY WORKS FOR PEOPLE WHO PLAY RELATIVELY OFTEN!**
If you log on 3-4 times a week, bingo! This minion item is perfect for you. BUT if you are going away for a while on a trip, or you just can't log on often enough, DO NOT USE COMPACTORS. It will NEVER be profit (unless slime blocks rise for some reason, but that would be fascinating). That being said, I know most people who play this game are under the age of 2 and have all the free time in the world, so I wouldn't be worried about that.

So I was just prescribed Vyvanse again and man it's gotten super expensive since I the last time I was on it. I've also changed insurance and my new policy doesn't cover it at all :(
I came across the Takeda Help at Hand program which seems like a great option for me, but there's a few things that seem a bit unclear as far as eligibility goes.

1. On the application form it says you must have recently "lost your job" and are experiencing financial hardship. I moved to freelance work last September, so technically speaking I no longer have a "job," but I wasn't laid off or fired. I quit my job lol so I'm not sure if that counts? Should I just answer "Yes" to that question even though I wasn't technically laid off or fired?
2. Do all pharmacies accept the program? I've had a really hard time finding a pharmacy that actually has it in stock, but I finally got lucky with one near me. It's just a local ma and pa pharmacy, not a Walgreens/CVS/Rite Aid so I'm a bit worried they won't accept it or something.

I'm hoping that I qualify as I make well under the $70,000 cap to qualify. I'm just wondering if they'll reject me if I answer "No" to the question about losing my job.

Like Super Saiyan and Kaioken, I planned to have different levels of this, but based off of health rather than ki, and to follow your health as the fight goes on. Similar to how Broly gets stronger throughout the fight and Ultra Ego, which I'll get onto later.
The three numbers for each category represent the stat boost when the user is at 66+% of their health, then 33-66%, and 66+%.
Basic Attack: 10%, 20% 30%
Strike Super: 10% 20% 30%
Ki Blast: 8%, 16% 24%
Ki Super: 8% 16%, 24%
Resistance: 4%, 8%, 12%

At over 3 bars when using, the Namekian will turn yellow, and when over 5, they will turn orange and buff up a bit. The first number represents their stats when yellow and the second when orange.

I honestly had no idea what to do with majins because they're so, well, weird, but I'll give them a shot since they definitely deserve better than purification.

1. Absorption

During the transformation's animation, I like to think your OC just extends their arm and grabs some Majin OC by another player, kind of like how other player's skins show up as enemies or time patrollers to fight during PQs. The player grows taller and has the long antennae go back, looking like Super Buu.

Universal Transformations.

1. Ultra Instinct

Ultra Instinct won't have insane stats because it is a technique that allows maximum use of the body rather than multiplying power. UI will be incredibly powerful due to its gimmick.
The transformation time for UI is instantaneous. When using UI, one can dodge all basic attacks and strike supers without using stamina, similar to the AI in some Time Rifts. However, stamina starts draining INCREDIBLY fast. I'm talking almost Kaioken x20 levels of stamina drain. Such that UI can't be used throughout the full fight. I felt this was the best way to add UI with it's auto-dodging without making it incredibly overpowered.
All Attack: +25%
Resistance: +15%
Speed: +20%
Ki Recovery: +15%
Stamina Recovery: -35%
Use the power of the angels and harness Autonomous Ultra Instinct to dodge attacks without thinking! However, mortal bodies can't use the power for long without consequence!

1. Ultra Ego

UE can best be described as a stronger version of Legendary Super Saiyan mixed with Beast. Unlike UI, it doesn't have the ability to literally auto-dodge attacks so I don't feel it necessary to give the same intense repercussions as UI. At 33% damage or below, it probably would have the greatest stats of the game. The first number represents strength at 66+% health, the second at 33-66%< and the third at below 33%
Basic Attack: 20%, 30%, 40%
Ki Blast: 15%, 25%, 35%
Strike Super: 20%, 30%, 40%
Ki Super: 15%, 25%, 35%
Resistance: -10%, 0%, +15%

In that state: Every Arlecchino's attack causes a small pyro explosion damaging nearby enemies and healing Arlecchino; if such an exlosion causes an elemental reaction will cause overload/burning/crystalize/burgeon to occur it will increase area of exlosions and if vaporize/melt have caused it will increase Arlecchino's atk speed by 12%. Once her hp is full Arlecchino will fire 3 consequtive duel pistols shots ending the "Warm of Hearth" state

Feeling really frustrated with myself and this process right now. I'm really proud overall that I've lost a little over 20 lbs so far, but that is mainly from food monitoring.
I know I need more movement, I have an office job that keeps me sedentary- less than 2000 steps per day if I do nothing else. I just can't understand why it's so damn hard to convince myseld to go DO something.
I know I feel better when I do, I know its good for my body and my mind. So why the hell do I struggle day in and day out just to do something as simple as a 30 minute walk? I shouldn't have to tell myself over and over "it's just 30 minutes, you can do JUST 30 minutes!"
I wish I knew how to get over this mental block. I want to enjoy and look forward to moving my body and taking care of myself. Instead it feels like a terrible chore I'd rather put off.

Let me preface this by saying I have ocd and I have been in cognitive behavioral therapy on and off for a while. I haven’t had a panic attack in about 5 years until today. I was feeling dizzy and it triggered my thoughts to start ruminating and I just panicked. It lasted about 20 minutes.
I don’t really want to take medication. I had a very bad reaction to Zoloft.
I just want to know I’m not alone. I’m almost 19 weeks pregnant and feeling like a failure.

Like most people on here, I’ve been suffering from PVCs for years, often coming in spurts of 2-5 days or so before going away. And I know they’re caused by anxiety, as is usually the case when an actual heart condition is ruled out. But this particular time I’ve had them for 7 days, and I was losing hope. I was getting a flutter every other beat (for those of you who have experienced this, you know this is ROUGH). So I sat down, put in some meditation music, and just completely relaxed my body. Didn’t move a muscle, except for breathing. For about 7-10 minutes the PVCs were still as bad as ever. Usually I give up if they don’t get better after a minute or two. But I stuck it out. Then I had a thought, “this is the worst it’ll ever get, and I’m still able to relax and otherwise feel fine.” Followed by a feeling of confidence and hope. At that point I realized I went about 30 seconds without a PVC. I sat there for another 20 minutes without any flutters. That was yesterday evening, we’re about 24 hours later and I haven’t had any since. I was able to turn them off with a thought, of all things.
So long story short, I forced my body into a relaxed state when the PVCs were at their worst. And forced myself to stay in that state in spite of the PVCs not getting at all better for several minutes, until they ultimately just disappeared.
I don’t know how well this will work for anyone else, but if it works for one other person I feel it’d be worth it to post lol
