Hi!
I'm currently planning 2 PC builds for me and my friend. I want to build around a 3080 and she wants to get a 4070 TI. This is what I've come up so far for my PC:

We are both going to be gaming at 1440p 144Hz monitors. Mostly League, Fortnite and Genshin but also Elden Ring, Hogwart's Legacy and Cyberpunk. I'm also going to be doing some CAD work in SolidWorks for university. Price is a big consideration so I'm going to get a used 3080 since it's about 600 usd where I live. The 4070 Ti is going to be new.
-Do these builds make sense? Would there be any major bottlenecks? For my PC I have also considered i5-12400f and i5-13400f. In my country the 12400f is the cheapest, followed by 13400f and 12600k. Are these better suited choices for a 3080?
-Is the cooling going to be sufficient? I've chosen this specific AIO, because it's the cheapest and best looking I can get. Air cooling is not really in question because I don't like how it looks.
-I was considering 32Gb of RAM in both PCs, because I've seen hogwarts legacy using upwards of 20Gb. Is it worth to upgrade? Also, would there be any disadvantage to getting 4x8Gb sticks instead of 2x16Gb considering there is no quad channel on consumer-grade mobos (imo it looks better).
-My choice of PSU may be questionable. There are a lot of PSU tier lists, that rate the cheap PSUs really low, however consumer rating on them are very positive. It's very confusing overall and I don't know If I could get away with cheaping out on this part.
-Considering none of us will be overclocking is the mobo enough? The wifi version is important, as we both are unable to run ethernet cables to our PCs.

As you already know, I'm a 26 years old guy living in South England. I'm originally from Poland and also happy to speak Polish. So i downloaded MSI Afterburner and with some online look around i set up the following fan curve, but when i'm in game like Genshin and it reaches 60 Celsius the fans stay at 0%. I can't understand what i'm doing wrong, this is my first "high-end" GPU and any help would be appreciated! :) fan curve |

Longer paragraphs are used for big scenes while shorter sentences are used for dialogue + actions.
